Our support terms are currently being written and will be published here before we begin taking on paid work.
We have not published placeholder terms. Terms of service should describe what we actually commit to, so they will appear here once they are accurate and approved rather than being padded out with boilerplate.
In the meantime, two things we want to be clear about:
- We do not offer guaranteed data recovery, guaranteed malware removal or guaranteed security outcomes.
- We are an independent two-person team and do not operate a 24/7 service.
